We reserve the right to cancel your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we identify a product or pricing error.
We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
Can I track my order?
Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. Which delivery option do you offer?
We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and which country you order from. Choose your shipping method in the checkout.
How long is the delivery time?
Our goal is always that you’ll receive your order within 2–6 business days (that is, not counting weekends and holidays). However, the delivery time may vary based on the volume of orders that we are processing and circumstances over which Lawote has no control, such as carrier and transport delays.

How much does shipping cost?
The cost for shipping will be calculated at checkout.
The cost for shipping depends on the chosen freight method. All total purchase prices are excluding customs duties, import fees or any other local charges.
What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 30 Euros. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?
If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to info@lawote.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.
